Responsibility
We are not responsible for any delays or errors that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as fires, wars, government decisions, natural disasters, customs checks, supplier issues, or during high seasons such as Christmas.
Ordering
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase, including the product, price, billing and shipping address.

Delivery
We offer free standard delivery worldwide with an estimated delivery time of 24-48 hours and provide a shipment tracking ID after dispatch. We also offer DHL Express delivery with pricing calculated based on your location.
With our standard shipping service, we provide tracking until the package reaches the destination country, after which it is handled by your local post service. You can track your shipment on your country’s national post website or contact them if you are unable to locate a pick-up location. If your order is not showing movement after a few days in the destination country, please contact us immediately.
It is important to provide a correct shipping address, including full name, street, house number, state, postcode, and local phone number. Please note that we do not deliver to commercial facilities, workplaces, or hotels with standard shipping, only DHL Express delivers to these locations.
Please note that delays may occur during high seasons such as Christmas. If you are unsure of your national postal service, you can find a list of national postal services here.
Standard Delivery
Delivery times may vary based on your location:
  • Sweden: 1-3 days
  • Europe: 4-10 days
  • USA and Canada: 7-14 days
  • Rest of world: 14-20 days
Please note that when choosing free standard shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery time. Some orders may be delayed and we are not responsible for delays beyond our control. We do not provide an estimated delivery time for the free standard delivery option.
DHL Express Delivery
We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
Choosing DHL Express ensures a reliable and timely delivery service. You will be notified when you can pick up or choose several delivery options for your package. We also offer free DHL Express shipping for orders over 600$.
If DHL Express is unable to deliver to the address provided by the customer, they will contact the customer. If the customer does not respond, they will contact us and the package will be dropped off at the nearest pickup point. If the customer does not pick up the package within 7 days of our notification, the package will be destroyed and we are not able to provide a refund. It is not our responsibility to track every single order, DHL Express does not return the package to us as it would incur additional costs for shipping, customs, and import.

Important

  • If your product(s) is not delivered due to an incorrect or invalid address, we cannot process any claims, but we will notify you if it is returned to us.
  • Due to current geo-political situation, deliveries may be slightly delayed.
  • All ARK Drops orders are shipped from our warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden.
  • Custom/import fees are the responsibility of the customer as regulations vary by country and we are unable to track them.
  • It is crucial to provide accurate delivery information. If the order is sent to the wrong address, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for new shipping. If you have not been notified of a delay in delivery, please contact customer service.
  • If your delivery is lost, we will investigate by contacting our delivery services. We can issue a refund only after receiving a response from our delivery service.
Refund Policy
We are unable to refund the DHL Express shipping fee once the order has been shipped. Only the cost of our products will be eligible for a refund. Orders of more than 10 items are not eligible for return and will not be eligible for a refund. If an incorrect shipping address was provided and the package is marked as delivered, we will not issue a refund. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will deduct the additional shipping fees we incurred. We do not provide full refunds for orders delivered to commercial locations such as workplaces, business centers, or hotels. A shipping fee of 30 USD applies to these types of orders.
Customer Data
Our company is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with orders. However, our ability to assist with orders may be limited by the policies of our courier company and the amount of time that has passed since the delivery date. In order to protect our customers’ privacy and comply with data protection regulations, our courier company has a policy of deleting tracking data after six months. This means that we may not be able to access tracking information for orders delivered more than six months ago, and therefore may not be able to provide assistance for such orders.
